"Checkout Was a Frustrating Mess"
I tried checking out twice, and both times the page just froze on me. Of course, it made me re-enter all my information again like some broken automated system that couldn’t care less. After dealing with that nonsense, I just gave up...

I had an issue with my order and reached out to them, and they got back to me fast. I can’t remember if it was later that same day or the next morning, but either way it didn’t take long. They sorted everything out without much hassle, so I was happy with the help.

"Fast shipping, but the whole thing felt off"
I ordered a replacement part for my watch and, to be fair, it showed up quickly. But once I saw the packaging and the markings, I started questioning whether it was actually original like I thought it would be. Maybe I misread the listing, but something about it just didn’t feel right. When I tried to get clarification, I never really felt like I was talking to an actual person, more like I was just a ticket number being pushed along. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it left me uneasy enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Backorder took longer than expected"
I ordered a part and then found out it was on backorder. They did eventually update me, but it took a while, and I ended up waiting longer than I had planned. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but something feels off when you’re not told sooner and have to sit around wondering what’s going on. Overall, just kind of frustrating...

I ordered a few watch repair parts and, to be fair, the parts themselves were fine. Nothing was broken or unusable. But by the time everything was added up, it felt way more expensive than it should’ve been for what I actually got. The shipping didn’t help either and kind of pushed it into that “ugh, really?” territory. Not the worst experience, but I can’t say it felt like good value.

I had a question about which part I needed, and I assumed I’d get some generic copy-paste reply like you usually see, but they got back to me quickly with a clear answer. It actually made the ordering process a lot less confusing. Based on how smoothly the communication went, I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"Good overall, but shipping was a bit slow"
I ordered from outside the US and, i had a bit of mixed feelings. The package did arrive safely and everything was packed really well, which I appreciated. Tracking worked most of the time too, but the shipping took longer than I was hoping for. So overall I’m happy with the order, just wish it had gotten here a little faster.

"Okay Parts, But Not Really Worth It"
The parts themselves were fine and did what they were supposed to, but I was a bit disappointed with the overall value. The prices felt higher than what I’ve seen at other places, and once shipping was added, it just didn’t feel like a great deal.

"Shitty company"
Shitty company. I am a new watch enthusiast, buying and restoring vintage watches, so I buy a lot of crystals, pins and other materials , but I return many of them because they don’t fit. It’s just faster and cheaper to buy different sizes at one’s than try them one by one, and sometimes it’s hard to determine the right size , especially if the original part is missing. All items are returned in the same condition (Esslinger doesn’t accept used), I pay return shipping, however, they just told me they will no longer accept returns due to excessive returns. Their returns policy doesn’t say that the number of returns is limited, so they just made it up. I will not buy from this company again, there are many other sellers.

"Good stock info, shipping timing could be clearer"
I ordered a few watch parts from Esslinger and the site made it easy to see what was actually in stock, which I appreciated. Everything I ordered did end up shipping, so that was good. One part took a little longer than I expected, and I was kind of wondering—anyway, it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. I’d give it 4 stars because the inventory accuracy seems solid, I just wish the timing estimates were a bit more clear

"Poor packaging and frustrating support runaround"
My order showed up in a super thin mailer with barely any padding, and the little parts were just loose inside. The box was smashed too, so I didn’t feel like the watch items were protected at all. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just basic packing that keeps stuff safe. What made it more annoying was trying to get help and feeling like I was stuck in a support loop, getting passed around without a real solution. Disappointing overall, and I probably won’t order again

"Pretty fair shipping, honestly"
I ordered a few watch parts from Esslinger and, the shipping cost was better than I was expecting. There wasn’t, like, some random crazy extra charge added at checkout, which I really appreciated. The package showed up just fine, and the shipping price felt fair for what I got. I’d probably order from them again.

"Shipping really dragged and felt unfair"
I ordered from esslinger.com the shipping took way longer than I expected. I kept checking the tracking, and it barely seemed to move for days. I needed the parts sooner, so it was frustrating. Maybe the items themselves are fine, but when a company takes your order, I feel like they should be more responsible about getting it out in a reasonable time or at least being clearer about delays. The wait kind of ruined the whole experience for me.

"Easy to Find the Parts I Needed"
I was able to find the watch parts easily, even a few odd ones I couldn’t find anywhere else. Because the parts were easy to track down, the whole process was a lot less frustrating. Really happy with how it turned out.
